The thing is I have an anxiety disorder, these helps and I sometimes legitimately need to take them. And I’m not qutting drugs all together. I’m just trying to quit my benzo addiction… So I can still use but not be addicted, which is going well so far.

I don’t know who to tell, but I’m super excited and proud of myself… I haven’t been taking a lot of benzos. Except for the first day slip up, I’ve kept it under 5mg… Which is insane for me. I’m really glad I can still use but have enough self control. Huge win for me 🙌❤
